Vardies legal
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Vardies and the services purchased or made available by the subscribing business.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Using Vardies
The subscribing business must provide accurate organisation and billing information, keep account credentials confidential, and ensure that each person uses only their own account.
Vardies is a workforce planning and record-keeping tool. It does not replace professional legal, payroll, tax, or employment advice. The business remains responsible for reviewing schedules and complying with the legal pack applicable to its location.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plans, limits, prices, billing intervals, taxes, and add-ons are shown at checkout or in the billing area. Subscription charges are collected through the configured payment provider. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the order or law requires otherwise.
The business may export its data during the subscription. After cancellation, records are retained and deleted according to the privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, probe other tenants, or use Vardies to make unlawful decisions. We may suspend access where necessary to protect people, data, or the service, and we will give notice where reasonably possible.
Service and liability
We work to keep Vardies available and accurate, but maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control can cause interruption. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
